Meerkat allows you to create and manage your tunnels and accounts in a simple interface. You'll need to know your account username, password and port and check whether or not you're using a password.
To create tunnels, Meerkat allows you to work with their Setup Assistant. You'll be able to create three different services (remote, dynamic and local) literally in seconds.
Meerkat is accessible from the menu bar and work perfectly with Keychain, to save your account logins, Bonjour and Growl for notifications.
The program is easy enough for anybody to use yet you'll need a bit of knowledge for setting things like network change wait or connection timeout.
